Entering our 8th year in Texas, we remain committed to serving the needs of our producer partners and continue
working to improve our products and market position. Over the past few years, we launched a new successful
Commercial GL product for Artisan Contractors. We’ve made important coverage improvements to our HO-A product
and offered rate adjustments on newer and high-valued homes. And, we have also provided many new rating credits
such as “Senior Citizen” and “Companion Policy Discounts.”
Today we are pleased to announce that effective Tuesday February 1st, a specialized collection of Homeowners Products
and Services for you, your CSRs, and your clients will be available. It will extend our Homeowners offerings, provide
more flexible rating capabilities, add underwriting options and expand our target customer audience. Highlights will include:
Recognizing this is a significant expansion of our capabilities, we are also pleased to provide you with
a “kickoff incentive” aimed at helping you get started. We will also pay the agency an additional $150. for
the first 3 new (re-writes are not eligible) HO3 policies written through March 15th.
