Expanded Incentive Plan for Agents
For our Agents: We've updated our Partner Plan and enhanced
it to provide more benefit for our Agents!
First we are going to have a minimum payout for all qualifying agents regardless of loss ratio! If you have at least
30 new business policies in force on June 1, we will pay you an additional $1,500, and you get the opportunity to
receive payment mid-year! For the full year 2011,
the qualifying level for partner plan is 60 NB policies and the payout is tiered based on L/R and book size as it always has been.
