In order to be better prepared when reporting your claim, please have the following information available:
- Your policy number
- Address where the loss or damages occurred
- Date and time the event occurred
- Where the damage is located
- The name and contact information of anyone who has started any emergency clean up services
- Fire department or police department information if these officials were involved
- Any other information you feel we need to know in order to process your claim
If you are able to measure the dimensions of the room, provide us a detailed list of the damaged
items and have the ability to use a digital camera to email us photographs, we will do all we
can to settle your claim over the phone. When asked during your report of the loss, please let
us know if you prefer settling your claim over the phone or if you feel more comfortable with
someone coming out to the property and inspecting the damages.
